Three bedrooms all with ensuite baths have exquisite ocean views and open to the garden or a balcony. The huge sliding doors of the living and dining areas also provide for unimpeded ocean views and fresh breezes. Satellite television reception is available in the living room as well as in each of the three bedrooms which are also equipped with iPhone/ iPod docks for listening to your favorite music. Wireless internet service allows for staying in touch with the rest of the world from this exquisite vacation property. A full size washer and dryer are also provided should the length of your stay require freshening up your vacation clothing.

The residence is steps from a direct beach access just past the private, large fresh water swimming pool, across the manicured lawn and stand of coconut palms. Guests can swim, boogie board, surf, or kiteboard all within sight of their Wave House accommodations.

Ideally located between the towns of Sosua and Cabarete, the amenities of both are easily accessible. Cabarete’s world famous Kite Beach lies just to the East and Playa Encuentro, known for surfing, just to the West. The main beach on Cabarete Bay is a 5 minute drive and offers excitement by day and night with an abundance of beach bars, restaurants and nightclubs. There is truly no property quite like it on all of the Dominican Republic’s North Coast. A very private property yet ideally and conveniently located between the North Coast towns of Sosua and Cabarete. Both are easily accessible by a short drive to take advantage of all the towns have to offer. The bars, cafes and restaurants of each vary widely in their ambiance and cuisine offering plenty of options.

Cabarete is known worldwide as a kiteboarding mecca. Famous Kite Beach is a very short distance to the East of the property and the kites easily seen from the beach in front of the villa many days. For the traditional surfers, Playa Encuentro is located just West of the property. The main beach of Cabarete Bay offers excitement day and night to meet and mingle with locals as well as other guests to the area.

Many other exciting activities are available as excursions that can be arranged for guests. Ranging from seasonal whale watching in Samana to white water rafting, waterfall adventures and more.

PARADISE!!!

My husband and I own a timeshare in Cabo San Lucas and decided to change things up this year and visit someplace new...a little reluctant at first but VERY GLAD WE DID!

The Wave House is a perfect name for this Villa...the view of the ocean was spectacular!!!

We were very secluded but yet just minutes away from anything we needed, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, etc. The accomodations were great...we were able to sleep with the sliders wide open to the sound of the ocean and the waves crashing against the shore...it was very safe and we felt like we were in paradise.

The owners were great...anything we needed was just a phone call away!

We will definitely be returning...maybe even again this fall!

THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION!!!

We had a great time just steps to the ocean. Everything was as discribed with a great managment team. The views and lhearing the waves was great. Very much to do in the area. Looking forward to coming back.
