Fully self contained house with open plan kitchen and living areas

Microwave, Coffee Machine, Fridge/Freezer plus a seperate drinks fridge, Downstairs Laundry with washing machine combines with second toilet and shower.

TV and DVD, CD player

Air conditioning which cools the whole house plus a portable air conditioner that can be moved from room to room.

Large verandah with outdoor setting

Undercover parking for 2 cars

Large yard ( unfenced on one side )
