La Letizia is a stone country house offering an outdoor pool, tennis court and free bike rental. Surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, it is 3 km from the town of Lucignano, in the heart of the Chiana Valley, surrounded by green fields and embraced by the bright colors of sunflowers in bloom. It's the ideal place for indulging in sweet doing nothing of the quiet surroundings or to enjoy pleasant walks to the nearby art cities. At guests' disposal: La Letizia offers 7 B&B rooms and 1 self catering apartment. It also offers restaurant service, parking, swimming pool, small playground for outdoor games for children, a tennis yard, and close by, horseback riding, spa facilities and much more. Swimming Pool is 6x3mt open from 15th June to 15th Sept. Tennis court is available free of charge (refundable security deposit is mandatory). There are a large green areas, with several fruit tree and aromatic plants Parking within the grounds. Distances: 3 km from the town of Lucignano. The property is a 30-minute drive from Arezzo. Lucignano and Rigomagno Stations are around 5 km away. The VIOLETTA room is on the first floor of the stone house, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
