Upstairs there is a bedroom with another king bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull out sofa in the loft area. Books and board games are provided for a relaxing time.

Kids and infants will love the Escape. The twin bedroom has a Super NES game console, board games, and kid books. There is a pack-and-play, folding highchair, and infant bath seat in the office closet. Outlet covers are installed and low corners on tables are protected.

Numerous wildlife and amazing views await you. Deer and black squirrels visit daily,

elk.

Rosalie peak is on display through the towering ponderosa pines that surround the home. And millions of stars are twinkling at night. Hang out on the deck with the gas firepit and your favorite libation. Or soak away your stress in the clean and calming hot tub.

Relax in the living room and look at the view through floor-to-ceiling picture frame windows. Or watch Netflix on your HD tv.

Need to get some work done? A dedicated office with electric standing desk is here for you. Starlink internet provides the best internet access available in the area.

Gas, a small food market, alcohol, and a Dollar General are 10 - 15 minutes away (depending on conditions)  at the end of Route 43. There is also great coffee at the Giggling Goat and a dispensary.

Bailey is a quick 20 minute ride down 43 and right on 285, with tons of things to do for such a small town. The world's best Sasquatch museum awaits. As well as ziplines and rafting adventures. And there are great eating options whether you want brunch, BBQ, or a brew. Aspen Peak Cellars is a great choice for wining and dining.

In Conifer, about 35 minutes away, you'll find three full service grocery stores, and additional eating options.

Hiking is all around you, and two great hiking trails are in the neighborhood: Meridian
Trail and Deer Creek Trail which both lead into the Mt. Evans back country. Check out Alltrails for many additional options.

Biking is also abundant. If you are into gravel or mountain biking, there are many options right outside the door. There are also great options about 25 minutes away near Pine Valley Ranch Park and Buffalo Creek.

Pets are welcome at the Escape. Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property, and make sure your pet does not disturb the peace and quiet of our location. Please keep your pet on a leash when outside.

Kiddo Get A Way
What a wonderful weekend we had to reconnect and enjoy our grandkids. The house is beautiful and Mike has thought of everything. Due to the heavy Spring snow we were not sure if we could even make it up there but Mike was in constant contact with me. Thanks for the memories Mike- we hope to stay again soon!
