1 Bedroom With Queen, 1 Full Bath, Leather Sofa Bed, Pets Considered

Furnished ground floor condo in the beautiful Portofino resort type complex. The bedroom includes a queen bed, led local tv, and walk in closet. A full size washer and dryer is located between the bedroom and bath. The kitchen has most of everything you would need for cooking and serving. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs. A full size water cooler will make your coffee taste so much better and can be refilled at the clubhouse vending machine. The bar counter and 2 bar stools are opposite the sink where you might have a quick lunch, cocktails, or snacks. The living area consists of a leather sofa bed along with local TV, stereo, CD, and DVD player. The sliding door opens to reveal a outside covered patio with a table and 2 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. To keep comfortable there are 3 ceiling fans located throughout the condo along with forced air heat and air conditioning.

Grocery and other shopping are just steps away including Fry's, Trader Joe's, and Safeway. You will have a reserved covered parking spot to keep to keep your car cool during some of the warmer days. It is common to see a uniformed security person watching over the property. There are outside grills available for that special steak or hamburger you might be craving. Other amenities include 2 swimming pools with hot tubs, 2 fully equipped fitness centers, and the main club house where you can gather to relax and visit with other residents.

Wild Horse Pass Casino and Golf Club is within 3 miles of the condo and numerous other casinos and golf courses are within a 12 mile radius. If you are a car enthusiast Firebird Raceway hosts NHRA National Drags and Phoenix International Raceway hosts NASCAR and Indy races. Well worth attending is the yearly Barrett Jackson auction which takes place in Scottsdale.
