Spacious and bright, this newly remodled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in a quiet, wooded area is ideal for families and friends alike with its great outdoor space and proximity to both town and beach. Come 'switch gears' and enjoy this beautiful vacation home indoors and out!

The main floor contains a newly remodeled kitchen with fresh coat of paint and all the amenities needed to cook wonderful meals which can be enjoyed at the kitchen counter (3 bar stools), at the Dining Table (seating for 6) or on the attached screened in porch directly off of the Dining Area (seating for 4)! One of the highlights of this home is the incredible Living Room with vaulted ceilings and skylights, a wood fireplace, all new furniture, and an entertainment center complete with a new, 48'' Flat-screen TV, surround sound, and full connectivity (WiFi and Cable). A Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed and a full Guest Bathroom (with a shower/tub combo) round out the spacious first floor.

Enjoy the lookout over the main floor living area on your way up to the remodeled 2nd floor where you'll find the Kids Room complete with a bunk bed and separate twin, a 3/4 Bathroom with a shower (duel shower heads), and the Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and walk-out balcony. Venture downstairs for even more flexible bedding arrangements where you'll find a Guest Room with a Queen bed and 2 additional Twin beds in the Daybed and pull-out Trundle. The Lower Level also has a 3/4 bathroom with a shower and a spacious play room with a futon and extra TV (photos coming soon!).

Step out onto the expansive wraparound porch to enjoy the outdoors and sit around the fire-pit off of the large, flagstone patio. With the famous, sugar sand beaches of Lake Michigan only .2 miles away, you can lay out, enjoy the waves and/or watch the boats go by to your heart's context. Upon returning from the beach, be sure to wash off in the brand new outdoor shower right off the back porch! However you choose to enjoy it, this home's wonderful outdoor space has something for everyone!

Enjoy shopping, dining, and galleries in both downtown Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, which are only a quick, 3-5 minute car ride away or take the drive down Bluestar Highway to enjoy fresh fruit orchards, multiple wineries, and gorgeous scenery. Better yet, 'switch gears' and take a scenic Bike Ride to wherever you want to go!!
