Beautiful home but have a few suggestions

This is a beautiful home and spacious. 2 of the rooms are small but the master and common areas are large. Appreciated the Washer and Dryer and really liked that the pool was private and enjoyed getting some sun on the patio. The water was absolutely freezing so didn't get in much and never longer than 60 seconds, but little kids would not care I am pretty sure.
The kitchen was big but if you plan on cooking a lot, bring stuff with you, there are no spices besides salt and pepper. We didn't care because we didn't cook at all.
The thing that did bother us a lot, is that there were no mattress pads on the bed. The sheets were right on the mattress. It felt wrong and the more we thought about it the more it bothered us. Also, there is no extra bedding or blankets.
Also, the water feature is in the description, but there are no instructions on how to turn it on, so in reality there is no water feature. We asked the management company about the water feature and the mattress pads, but they didn't really get back to us other than to say that it is unusual to not have the pads.
The other item in the description was cable or satellite tv. All we saw were local channels. There are several local channels and HSN, but that was it. It is fine, but not if you say there is cable or satellite, so the listing should be corrected.
The location is great for hiking at South Mountain Park. Everything else we did was about 20 - 25 min away.
If they would just fix a couple of things, I would definitely recommend it, but not until they get the mattress pads.
Owner's Response: Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We offered to reimburse you for additional sheets. We also sent instructions on using the water feature. We cannot keep duplicate sets of sheets since it would cause extreme delays in changing over the house for the next set of guests with many, many loads of laundry. The previous guests must have disposed of the mattress pads for some reason. The owners tried to reach you to arrange delivery of new ones but never received a response to their emails. The home does have cable TV. Without cable TV there would be zero channels.
