Waterfront villa with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 200 sqm.

Modern villa built in 1800 century style with 6 rooms and kitchen; 1 master-bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate wc and shower, 1 TV-room, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 fireplaces. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Most convinient for 4 - 6 persons but could sleep 8. One double bed in master bedroom, two single beds in each bedroom, optional two extra beds. Central heating. Several outdoor relaxing-areas. Parking for several cars at the property.

Discount for multiple weeks.

Linen and towels included in rental fee, mandatory cleaning charge Euro 150.

Close to everything with a secluded location you will enjoy the best of what Stockholm can offer. You are close to nature with all amanities of swimming, walking, running, tennisplaying etc and will still be able to reach the City of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, within 15 minutes by car.

You will definitely enjoy our beutiful and generous house with its special atmosphere. Do you desire, and if its the right season, you can take a morning swim or just sit and enjoy your breakfast spotting boats passing by.

You have a lot of nice walking paths in the area, as well as a little nice lake within walking distance. The hill down to our property is qutie steep (and about 80 m long), so it would not be the best option for an elderly person with walking difficulties to walk it up and down. Don't be afraid of it though, you will have no problem with the car and for a normal healty person, it's pretty good exercise :).

Additional services can be provided upon request. These are amongst others; private boat tours from the property, private fishing tours, mushroom excursions, 'rent our chef' for dinners, baby-sitting etc.

We are a family of four living in the south of Sweden since 6 years ago. We have kept our beloved house in Stockholm for the ability to move back one day. We have a retail business in Sweden, with the head office in Stockholm, and an international carrier in the shopping center business.

Skurusund is one of the waterways connecting Stockholm with the outer archipelago with a quite lively boat traffic during the summer.
