The luxuriously equipped studio is located on the French side of the lively 2 ½ kms (=1 ½ miles) long Orient Bay, the longest and nicest beach of Sint Maarten.

The studio has a pleasant atmosphere and is equipped with all essential facilities. From the spacious terrace, which is on the ground floor, you have a splendid view over Orient Bay beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

The studio has a calm and a pleasant ocean breeze.

The studio is surrounded by a well-kept tropical garden. It consists of 1 living/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The studio is suitable for a maximum of 3 persons.

Moreover you can make use of a spacious swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the two tennis courts on the property.

The whole property is secured by 24/7 security-patrol and surveillance camera's. There are also two parking areas available to park your car

Orient Beach as well as the pool is about a 1 minute walk from the studio. The Beach is well known of the watersport facilities and the bars and restaurant. There is also a nude part of the beach.

The village of Grand Case is at a 3 kilometres’ (= 1 ¾ miles’) distance and is known for its “haute cuisine”. There you can eat out deliciously and relatively cheaply. Marigot is at approximately a 5 kilometres’ (= 3 miles’) distance and the international “Prinses Juliana Airport” is about 17 kilometres (= 10 miles) from the studio.

Great Studio with fantastic view!

My wife and I travel a lot and are somewhat particular about where we stay. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on this trip, because we just purchased a boat. Because the price was so low, I didn't expect much, and warned my wife.
To our surprise, the unit was more then we ever expected. Clean, comfortable, and of course, that fantastic view.
I am an avid kiteboarder and the location couldn't have been better. Every morning we would sit on our porch and have breakfast, then walk a few hundred feet and be on the beach.
Lastly, the owners had a person meet us when we arrived, to let us in and make sure we had everything we needed. Gloria was absolutely wonderful and checked in on us from time to time.

We have only been back in the US for two weeks and truly miss Mont Vernon place.

all my expectations came true

We spent 14 days on St. Martin and had a really great time. when we booked the studio we got all the information we needed, about where the studio is and how to get the key and keep in touch with the key keeper when you have any questions or troubles. We were well informed before we arrived.

Everything was as advertised. The studio was clean and well equipped (dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc.) and is situated on the ground floor of the Aruba building and it is easy to get to the pool and the beach. We relaxed a lot at the lounge chairs at the pool.

The view over Orient Beach is a fantastic way to wake up each morning. Every morning we started with our daily walks on Orient Beach.

I would recommend this studio and location to anyone looking for a great vacation. I would also recommend a rental car for the flexibility to get around the island on your own schedule to do some site seeing. The owner can advise you which is about a good and reliable car rental.
