This cosy 81m2 apartment is on the 6th floor of a recent building in the best lively tourist, cultural, historical area of the 11th arrondissement and even of Paris. Elevators, security door with code and interphone.
Ideally situated in the Marais, walking 5 minutes you will find well known places as the Hôtel de Sully , the Picasso and Carnavalet museums, Place des Vosges with Victor Hugo's house and the old streets with their own historical stories.
At a few steps, you are in Place de la Bastille, near the Opéra
with many bars, numerous restaurants, art galleries.
The apartment has elegant and comfortable furniture. The
sitting room is luminous. TV, Internet, ADSL, telephone free from fixed to fixed, DVD/CD
From the balcony there is a view on the Eiffel Tower twinkling every night like thousands stars.
The two bedrooms have two separate bathrooms and two toilets, Electrics Shutters.

Food shopping is easy with several supermarkets and open
markets twice a week on Boulevard Richard Lenoir.
The metro, Saint Sébastien-Froissart, line 8, is direct to the Bastille, to the Garnier Opéra, to the famous department stores.

Very cosy, comfortable and quiet flat in the most interesting area and nice place in Paris center. Down stairs, the metro and several direct bus lines to all the monuments, museums, shopping places and department stores.
Only 2 steps to 3 supermarkets and good restaurants. Open markets twice a week.
An ideal apartment close to Bastille and the Marais
This is an ideal apartment at a walking distance from Bastille and the Marais.
The flat is very well equipped and conveniently laid out. The kitchen allows
daily cooking; market on Bd Richard-Lenoir on Thursdays and Sundays; a delicious
boulangerie across Bd Beaumarchais; there are two bathrooms and two toilets,
which was very convenient as we staid as a family of four in the flat. Nice
terrace with an incredible view on Paris and the Eiffel Tower.
Finally, a very nice and helpful landlady.

Rechelle is such a nice landlady and does a great job of taking care of her clients. There is not much to add to previous comments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris with our friends Laurel and Dave. We stayed from September 19-30. The weather was warm, and it only rained a couple of times when we were there. The apartment is fully furnished. You will want for nothing. Highly recommended.
We stayed in this lovely apartment with friends for 6 nights and were very pleased overall. It was a comfortable setting for four people, whether you decided to cook in the kitchen or eat out. The location was perfect for a Paris visit - the metro is just a block away to take you anywhere in the city, and there are several small bistros nearby, as well as as grocery store and the most delightful little shop on the corner that is well stocked with meats, fromage, pate, etc. There's also a wonderful wine shop nearby! The apartment has lots of comfy seating and the balcony is small but awesome. The kitchen is well stocked and we loved having the washer and dryer right there. We felt very secure in the apartment as well...maybe not as quiet on the streets below, but if you keep the windows closed when it's noisy, you can sleep well. The bathrooms are a little different in that the separate WC is located down the hall from the on-suite bath in the Master. The other bathroom was good. Overall, we loved it! The Owner is a sweetheart who takes care of you, but keeps her distance during your stay. I would definitely stay here again...it would be great place to call home during the final stage of the Tour de France on the Champs Elysses, just a metro ride away!
My husband and I rented this apartment for two months. The location was perfect. Most of the history of Paris is within walking distance. The Maris, the Bastille, the canal, the Seine, and the biggest market in Paris. The neighborhood is a comfortable working class neighborhood with plenty of reasonably priced supermarkets, cafes, and patisseries. The absolute best, though, was the Bastille Market on Sundays and Thursdays. I bought everything from roasted chicken, a teaspoon of whatever spice i needed, scarves, well-made Brittany shirts for the grands, cheaper souveniers than what you'd pay close to the attractions, fresh fruits and vegetables to hair spray. Rochelle is a peach welcoming us with wine and cheese and fruit. We were there so long that she walked me to her personal hair dresser to explain what I wanted done. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and the free phone to the U.S. was a wonderful addition. The two bathrooms came in handy as we enjoyed much company visiting us while we were in Paris. Every hour on the hour after dark, someone would yell, "it's twinkling" and we'd all run out with our wine glasses and toast Paris! I have a very strong feeling we'll be back!

We were a party of three adults and a 3 year old toddler . We were greeted with a bottle of red wine some camembert a baguette and a basket of fruits. the apartment is very well furnished , the beds with clean linen and beautiful covers. The two full baths are spotless with all imaginable accessories. The extra powder room is very convenient. The electric automatic shutters are a plus especially if you are not an early bird. The dining room and the kitchen are fully equipped. The view from the balcony is very relaxing .
Rachel is so dedicated to the wellbeing of her tenants, she must have spent over an hour on the phone trying to arrange a taxi ride back to the airport.
All in all, this is the place I will stay at in a future visit to Paris and Rachel.
Spent a week in this awesome apartment. The owner, Rachelle, arranged for a taxi to pick up our party of five and welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment is very secure and well maintained. The second bathroom was a huge plus. She provided all the basics including toilet and kitchen supplies, fresh fruit, snacks and a bottle of wine, and was available for questions all the time. The apartment had all the conveniences of home including washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The location was very close to a metro stop and the bus line ran a short block away. There were supermarkets, bistros, cafés, bake shops and a deli within minutes, and yes - you can enjoy that bottle of wine from the balcony as you watch the Eiffel Tower do its light show. The apartment accommodates a compact wheelchair or adult stroller. This apartment exceeded our expectations. You won't find a better value in Paris!
