Couch folds into a bed, and additional sleeping downstairs. Basement massage room with full massage table, and 'honor bar' in the house. Front porch with outdoor dining, and full kitchen at your disposal. Full washer and dryer available for guests - and off-street parking.

I always wanted to live in downtown Austin - and this property is perfectly located to explore the City! The house was recently remodeled and updated and has all the conveniences of a modern home - even thought the original house is almost 110 years old.

This house has the best of being right in the middle of the City - yet with room to spread out. Enjoy drinks or grilling on the front porch - or walk down the street to bars, restaurants, or to enjoy Austin's night-life.

The Enfield house is located right on the edge of Downtown Austin in the Castle Hill neighborhood. This is the perfect spot for all of Austin's downtown activities, festivals, and other events. Walk to ACL, SXSW, and Austin City Limits. The house is just 6 blocks from the grand Whole Foods mothership store. Also, Pease Park is one block away for a respite from the downtown hustle and bustle. The Austin Capitol is just 7 blocks away. This house is in the heart of everything!
