This two bedroom cottage is in the National Seashore near East Harbor (Pilgrim Lake), bike trails and High Head Beach. The cottage was fully renovated in 2010 and is in pristine condition in a bucolic setting with modern amenities such as air conditioning, flat screen TV, ceiling fans, enclosed outdoor shower and a private patio. An efficiency kitchen with a microwave/convection oven and an electric grill and portable burner system, full sized fridge plus a gas grill and patio with a large picnic table make meal times a breeze! There is a washer/dryer and a lovely tiled bath. This cottage has what it takes to make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

The Feidens have owned this property for since it was first constructed before 1957. Set in the National Seashore this buculic setting has been a family treasure. Now shared with vacationers for over 3 years with many happy returning guests. We hope you will be one too!

Why Steve Lent, RE chose North Truro

This cottage once the carriage house for the property next door has been completely renovated and boasts many amenities required by today's discerning yet budget mindful vacationers. Completely air conditioned, enclosed outdoor shower, large private outdoor eating area and grill and HDTV to name but a few. Do to municpal restrictions this property has no full stove. There are two efficient induction cooktops, an oven, convection oven and mircrowave, large outdoor grill and dishwasher.

What makes this cottage unique

Sometimes Earl and Josephine will be vacationing themselves next door and if so will happily drive you out and pick you up at a super private not so easily accessed National Seashore Beach.
