The lounge has a large deep leather corner sofa and a large plasma television with Foxtel connection. As with all areas of this home, this space has been designed to accommodate families, entertainment and relaxation. This area is fully air-conditioned.
The large, white fully equipped kitchen includes a smaller informal dining area which consists of 4 bar stools.
The Dining Area seats up to 6 and opens out to the first outdoor entertaining area Overlooking the gorgeous view of Bondi. The deck houses a large outdoor setting and BBQ as well as a matching table. Its leafy surrounds offer privacy and the garden's design and use of light and shade create a wonderful environment for year round.
The large master bedroom opens onto a south facing balcony equipped with sun beds. Along with the super king size bed, side tables and generous built-ins, this room has a private seated area.
