4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, End Unit Featuring 2 Master Suites

The family friendly townhouse is an end unit in Regal Palms Resort. The end unit means extra windows for a bright and sunny location! The home is fully furnished and has all the linens, towels and starter pack of paper goods dishes and applicances.

The open concept living areas allows for easy conversation if you are preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The living area features a large Flat Screen 51' TV, DVD player. Also included is Free WIFI and Free Local calls. Just off the living room you will find a private patio area for enjoying the outside. It overlooks a field - great for just relaxing or playing a game of catch with the kids.

The home features Two Master Suites, one on the second floor with a King Size bed and private full bathroom with Garden tub. The Second Master bedroom is on the first floor and features a Queen Size bed with private full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have two twins in each room. All Bedrooms feature flat screen TV's. If you need more sleeping room, the living room also had a pull out queen sized sofa sleeper. the home sleeps 10 comfortably.

The home is Family Friendly meaning we are equipped for the little ones in your family. Included in the home is a Pack and Play sleeper crib, Highchair and umbrella stroller. We even have children's plats, cups, utensils, even sippy cups, etc.

The Resort can't be beat with it's tropical swimming pavilion featuring a water slide and lazy river and bubbly hot tub. There are even sunbathing terraces to soak up the Florida Sun. Try the Tiki Bar pool side. The resort also has an onsite SPA and fitness center, on site Mini Mart where you can pick up groceries and sundries and a business center. The reception desk is open 24/7 for easy check in and questions you have. Try the on site Restaurant and Bar - Banana Jacks - casual resort style dining. It's very good.

The unit was very clean and well supplied...

The "N" family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim & Paul's home. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The pool area was awesome - young and old enjoyed it. We bought our floaties at the local Publix for only $6.99. Would recommend and come back again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The unit had freshly cleaned carpets and was neat and tidy. Kim and Paul were great and quick to respond to any of our requests. We met a nice family from Minnesota at the pool. The kids had a blast. Thanks Kim and Paul at GreenWay Property Management for an enjoyable stay.
