This studio apartment is located in a stunning building that used to be a former hotel and still has maintained it's original 'retro' character. The official address is in the 9th arrondissement, but it really crosses the 1st/8th/9th arrondissements.

It is exactly a four minute walk to Rue Cambon's Chanel Boutique. You can walk a few more blocks and be in the center of Haute Couture shopping. You are also steps from Place Vendome, the Tuileries and Place de la Concorde, Laduree and Fauchon. The Madeleine Metro stop is close by.

You will be greeted by a doorman and shown into the grand lobby where you can receive visitors. The apartment is on the third floor with elevator access.

This studio apartment features:

A small kitchen that provides a stove top for cooking, a 'Micro/Oven', a small refrigerator, a coffee/espresso maker and essential cooking utensils.

One bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, toilet and ceramic bowl sink. There is also a washer/dryer combo machine located in the bathroom.

This studio is decorated with a stylish touch. Clean and modern. We love the crown molding touch and wood floors.

There is one full size bed that is lifted from the floor to provide luggage storage space.

You will find two large chests of drawers, a wardrobe closet, a full length dressing mirror and a flat screen television. There is a small eating table that can double as a writing desk. There is WiFi in the studio but no telephone.

The piece de resistance are the floor to ceiling double doors that open for a small step outside and a 'just the tip' view of the Eiffel Tower.

This small studio is perfect for up to two guests.
