The apartment was renovated to the 9's by proud American owners. Each and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. You can't miss the HUGE bathroom and the fold out sleeping arrangements for up to 5 people. The location is on a lovely one way street and the bedroom is tucked away in the back. Two blocks from two different metro lines. There is dramatic mood lighting that you can see featured on the restored back wall of the living room.

You can tell that the owners wanted luxury. Because they spend much time here, the owners have made sure that the apartment pleases even the most demanding guests, themselves.

  • The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, away from the street-side. There is a skylight which may be opened or closed using the remote. The bedroom is also air conditioned to keep you cool at night. Plus a sofa sleeper in the living area.

Fabulous Vacation!

We loved this beautiful apartment in the Marais! Fabulous location, great amenities and very comfortable for our family of 5. The kids loved sleeping in the main room and we slept in the bedroom. The apartment is clean, well-maintained and very well stocked. It is true that it can be very loud at night with the bar underneath, but we just turned on the fans and blocked out much of the noise. We will definitely return to this beautiful apartment. Judy was wonderful and gave us all the information we needed for a fabulous week in Paris.

Charming Apt. with Bar Directly Beneath

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This apt. is located on the 2nd floor and a bar is on the first floor. The noise during the hours the bar was open, 7p.m. - 2 a.m, was very loud. There was a steady stream of taxis bringing young people to drink, sing, etc. There was an intermittent whirring sound throughout the night. I talked to Cassie at Cobblestay today and received no satisfaction. In reality if we had known of the bar below us we would never have rented the property. I searched the location on Google Earth and saw no bar nor was one mentioned in the decription of the apt. Cassie said this is the first complaint ever about the noise and said that we should have contacted the office during our stay to get moved to another property. We find it difficult to believe that everyone else has been happy with this situation. We find it difficult to believe that someone in this process didn't know about a noisy bar now located on the first floor and, based on the response to our complaint today, seriously doubt that we would have been moved while there.
Owner's Response: Merci for your review. We are also pleased that you took the time to call our office. In cases where guests are not pleased with their apartment, when notified, we always make the attempt to move a guest to a different apartment. We are sorry that you encountered the noise from the wine bar but hope you enjoyed the comfort of the property and your trip to Paris.

We had a wonderful time; all Cobblestay staff were great.

Only SMALL complaint was that a number of light bulbs (3 or 4)were out throughout the apartment. We would of replaced them ourselves but they were a bit inaccessible.

Again though the apartment was wonderful and we will recommend it to all.

The apartment was as promised: in a great location, easy metro access, good for kids, plenty of space, and a much appreciated "American bathroom!" Rental management responded to questions before the trip, provided recommendations for airport transportation and for an excursion to Giverny, and met us at the property as planned--all came together beautifully. One little problem: We were never able to make any phone calls locally or to the U.S. The owners provide free calls to the U.S./Canada, but the modem needs to be "reset" occasionally. This aside, everything worked out great and we had a fantastic visit to Paris.
