Interesting authentic movie memorabilia helps decorate the house and give guests something to enjoy & talk about (if interested) and the office has computer, wireless high speed Internet, etc. if you need to stay in touch.

It has been said: “A picture is worth a thousand words” so what follows is a brief description of the house and property as a quick read so you can spend more time on the pics and contacting us! THIS IS NOT OUR RESIDENCE but a RESORT with the theme of Lifestyle...get away ...relax & have a little FUN! We live in Southern California and come here to really kick-back and enjoy a tropical lifestyle, beautiful ocean, and nearby islands in a truly great climate.

Your Personal Hotel / Getaway: Recently we completely remodeled/upgraded the house in with all new furniture, beds, linens, kitchen utensils etc. (keeping a little of the 60’s “retro” feel just for fun.) Since this is not our home and does not contain our personal belongings, it 's ambiance is that of a PRIVATE HOTEL. We delight in using it as our personal “getaway” to enjoy having our children, grandkids, and friends come here to play and will delight in sharing it with you if you’re really ready to go for it!

Yacht Charter Opportunities.: As lifelong yacht owners, certified scuba divers, and years of experience on both East & West Coasts, in the Bahamas and Caribbean, as well as Hawaii, my husband and I have created this property as our personal tropical getaway. Our yacht pictured in the backyard dock can be available to you, complete with crew and all amenities for charter.

  • Master – King size with bath, large sitting room & French doors leading to the patio, pool and beyond. Executive guest with Queen bed, sitting area, large closet, and French doors leading to the pool. Twin beds in #3 and bunk beds for the kids in #4. The large living room sofa converts into a bed and a crib is also available. Bathroom #2 has steam shower enclosure and outside door…….leading to the pool, which is 7’ deep with spa and water feature. After you go out of any of the above mentioned doors you find yourself in paradise – day or night. Pool, spa, ample deck and dining furniture, large grill, and authentic Tiki bar (just like in the islands) for enjoying those tropical drinks are yours in a setting most people fly to those islands to experience. Great fun – you won’t even need to close your eyes and use your imagination to feel the warm ocean breeze and hear it rustle through palm trees……….just look around and take it all in – over & over.

Slice of Heaven in Ft. Lauderdale

This was our annual baseball trip with the guys. Gorgeous house which had all amenities you would ever need. Grill, Tiki bar and hot tub were used and appreciated by us during our stay.
Beautiful Boat in the backyard which we chartered, this ended up being the highlight of our trip. Rick brought us out to the reef to snorkel and had a blast !
I cant speak high enough praise to Rick and Judy for taking such good care of us during our stay. They are awesome people and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation spot to relax and get away.

Judy and Rick were great host. The house,pool,backyard,outside bar and boat were GREAT. I would recommend this place to anyone. Lots of room inside for up to 10 people..

My husband,son and his girlfriend rented this home for a second time, we loved it so much that we had to come back. Judy and Rick, the owners are such lovely people and easy going.

The house is beautiful and well cared for, we loved sitting out by the pool with our coffee in the morning and at the Tiki Bar at night was amazing.

The house is close to shopping,restaurants,beach,movies... everything you could want.

We would definitely recommend this vacation home for your next holiday.

FANTASTIC!!!

First of all, I want to thank the owners for the use of their beautiful house.
The house has it all and more! It is confortable, clean, spacious and very well situated, close to markets, shopping, restaurants and everything else you can imagine.
Even south beach Miami is a short trip - 35 minutes...
The pool area is a plus, with a barbecue and a very pleasent deck is where you are going to want to be, the pool itself is also a good surprise, it is deep enough to dive.
If it isn't enough you will have a chance to rent the boat of the owners and, on that case, to meet then: Rick and Judy - for us, maybe the best part of the trip.
Hope we will keep in touch for life.
Thank you Judy, thank you Rick, hope to see you soon in Brazil!

Beautiful Spot!

We loved our stay so much that we booked our stay for next year while still there. Judy and Rick were very easy to work and were very attentive when needed. The house is ideally located to restaurants, beach and golf so it was perfect. It's also a great neighborhood to walk our dog and ride the bikes provided. Thanks so much for sharing your house.
