the home was clean as we first walked in, but as soon as we walked pass the kitchen we stepped into a health hazart, the floor is buckling and it almost caused everyone of us to fall and it was a constant problem the whole time we were there and there was no wifi for such a modern place very disappointed in that and because my cell phone signal was weak at times and no wifi it was very difficult to make calls or do anything else, I honestly wouldn't come back because of the hazard and no wifi and wouldn't recommend anyone that I know to rent the place. the pool erea was lovely and the kids enjoyed it
Owner's Response: I am sorry that our guests had problems when staying in our vacation home.
They were told to contact our Property Management Company (PMC) if there was any problem, but they chose not to do that, If they had, I think the WiFi problem would have been solved immediately..
We have never had any problem with the WiFi before. Acording to our PMC, who checked out the house the day the guests arrived, and immediately after they left, the WiFi were working perectly at these occasions. It still is.
A new floor was put in in august 2012. The floor was in perfect condition when we stayed there in October / November. However, our PMC now report, after the last inspection, that there indeed is a 60 cm long area where the floor board is elevated 2 cm. The carpenters explanation is that the floor- boards have been put down to tight, so the temperature difference got it to bend up. He will repair it ASAP.
