It's a lovely location for a summer on Cape Cod, with South Cape Beach State Park (two miles), the Cape Cod Children's Museum (three miles), and Mashpee Commons (five miles) all within a short drive.

Spend your days swimming in Nantucket Sound at Mashpee Town Beach (two miles) and your evenings dining alfresco on the brick patio. There's a gas grill for searing fresh seafood, an outdoor table to gather around at sunset, and cushioned seating to keep things comfortable as you linger with coffee and dessert.

The interior is bright and lofty, offering high ceilings, central air conditioning, and views of the golf course from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
