Breathtaking Ocean View large studio apartment. It sleeps up to 4 as it is equipped with a queen size bed and a sofa bed for two.This unit is perfectly comfortable to stay in and watch a DVD, it also has a table and 4 chairs and small meals can be prepared in its kitchenette. It includes a small-size fridge, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, burners, dishes and glassware.The building is located in the heart of Miami Beach and has a private access to the beach. Several amenities are available as a fitness club, spa, large pool, shops and valet parking.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Lack of maintenance in the department.
Very poor condition of the elevators.
We exceeded the 20 minute wait the elevator, never less than several minutes even did not stop one of them on our floor.Completing several times, with stairs

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
I would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quiet spot to vacation. Upon arrival the room looked clean refrigerator and all but when I got in the shower their was a clump of hair from the previous person. However I had booked the room the day before and when I went to let them know they promptly got housekeeping I'm the ro within minutes and she re cleaned the whole entire unit. The beach was okay pretty view the pool area was nice. Distance wise it is pretty far from the strip but it's like $13 for cab and $2 for a bus ride down the main part if south beach. They have security on the property which was nice. The only minus is the elevators take forever but otherwise I would def stay again!
