This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons, with a sofa-bed for 2 and a futon for 1 in the living room.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment can accommodate up to 5 persons, with a sofa-bed for 2 and a futon for 1 in the living room.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen, for those meals you would rather stay home and prepare. There is a full assortment of utensils, dishes and cookware for your convenience. In case of heavy rains, you will still be able to entertain yourself in the apartment thanks to the 37" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system and the wireless internet access.

The Building has direct access to the beach, a large pool, a fitness room, front desk with24/7 security guards and a commercial area with bar, internet cafe and travel agency as well as the notorious Russian and Turkish bath. One parking space, with valet parking, is included with your rental.

I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Overall, a good experience. The best: location, silence, kitchen, ok view to street, price, beach. The worst: sofas especially when sleeping, no dishwasher, valet parking delays, wi-fi router jams.

en otras oportunidades hemos rentado apartamentos allí y hemos tenido una experiencia buena. sin embargo, esta vez fué muy desagradable y debido a nustra salida temprana en la mañana y llegada tarde en la noche, no pudimos hablar con su oficina.

Trè bon accueil et serieux de l'equipe de MIAVAC"sur place" immeuble est en traveaux et je pense qu il sera sympa une fois terminé.
Appartement agréable il faire des efforts sur le ménage.
