PLEASE NOTE: NO SPRING BREAKERS. THERE MUST BE SOMEONE OVER 25 IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.

This unit is a large two bedroom, two bathroom non-smoking unit that has 60 feet of floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a split floor plan and since both bedrooms have a king-size bed, it is like having two master suites. This unit is equipped with cable television, DVD player, telephone, wireless internet, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. Sleeps 6 by using the brand new sleeper sofa with an upgraded 6 inch mattress.

Seachase is located directly on the beautiful sugar white beaches of Panama City Beach. It is on the less crowded west end of the beach just west of HWY 79. A short 1.5 miles from the exciting Pier Park and 1.7 miles from Frank Brown Park.

We have truly enjoyed this place. We have one more week here and have already talked about coming back here. The condo is spacious and clean. Location is fabulous; close to shopping, dining and entertainment. The beach is wonderful and we have really enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Several days during our month stay dolphins have come very close to shore and provided us with quite the show!

It was very comfortable for our 16 year old dog who also enjoyed laying on the balcony with us. Beds were comfortable. Spacious closet space. WIFI worked great. Everything was great. The kitchen was fully equipped, although we did have to pick up a few things which we will leave for the kitchen (cutting board as the one here was quite stained and cut up and plastic containers for leftovers). Glad to leave these here for the next person. It's really a comfortable place, plenty of room, everything works and I would recommend this place to my friends who I know would love it also.

Looking forward to coming back.
