Four Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath open floor plan house near the beach - sleeps 8

Enjoy the sun all day from this Katama South facing house right near South Beach and the wonderful waves. Walk to the beach or stay home and enjoy the Bocce court in your private back yard or tan on the large two story deck with new furniture.

This house has four bedrooms each with new mattresses - three queen and two twin beds to comfortably sleep 8. Living room is an open floor plan that gets lots of light. Gas fireplace for an occasional cool evening or romantic ambiance.

Oversized new deck has gas grill with endless gas as the grill is connected to the house gas hookup.

New appliances in updated kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets. Refrigerator has a special drawer just to keep the drinks cold and ice maker for the frozen adult beverages. New ultra quite dishwasher and powerful microwave.

Half bath and main bath were fully renovated in 2012 with beachy feel.

Brand new oversized outdoor shower on the second floor to shower in privacy while enjoying the afternoon sun. Second outdoor shower available. Brand new tankless hot water system allows endless hot water for multiple showers after a day at the beach.
