Located Steps From The Ocean With Breezy Terrace

This condo is located in the premier oceanfront community of Playa Turquesa. Playa Turquesa is situated between the local areas of Los Corales and El Cortecito, stretching along a few miles of the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of Bavaro Beach. Bavaro is just a short drive from Punta Cana International Airport, making this community very convenient for your stay. There are over a dozen restaurants in the area that are within walking distance or just a short ride via moto-taxi or the bus, and there are plenty of hot spots for daytime and evening entertainment. Greatest of all is the direct access to the beach and all the outdoor activities that the Caribbean is known for. Within this condo you'll have plenty of room to spread out. The floor plan is open and well thought out, featuring an open kitchen layout with bar area and nice appliances. The kitchen opens to the living and breakfast areas, with a bathroom and laundry room off the main areas. The bedroom is en-suite, so privacy is paramount. Each of the condos in Playa Turquesa offers large terraces, elevator access, and reverse-osmosis water filtration systems. Playa Turquesa is a controlled-access gated community with guards on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

About John Rinehart

We are from the US and have lived and worked in the Bavaro area now for a few years. This is allowed us to get to know the ins and outs of the local community as well as all the spots to see and some of the spots not to see. Traveling the world a bit has given me the ability to see that this is one of the nicer beaches around which leads me in to the 'why' for this condo.

The property is located in a community that is layed out nicely on the land to afford great views and excellent access to Bavaro Beach. This community is right in the heart of the expatriate community for the area, so really one can stay here without being dependent on transportation. The cost of living is decent and the quality is good for Dominican standards.
