A private, shaded fenced in yard offers a safe location for pets and small children. 1/2 block from Center St. and restaurants, 1 block back from the Pier and beach access with lifeguards during summer months. Once you park your car, there will be no need to get back in to navigate the Island. This rental offers all the comforts of home. Seating Outside along with Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Cool, Comfortable and very clean. WIFI., New Flat Screen TV, Comcast Cable. Hidden Gem:) This rental is ground level and attached to a permanent residence upstairs. It comes with 2 beach chairs and 2 beach towels.

Awesome! Close to Everything and Still Private

This is a wonderful little room close to the beach and Center Street, and at the same time it's secluded! The fenced in area runs the length of the house and with the trees and shade, it was great for our dogs and private for us! Easy walking distance to anything you want to do...restaurants, the beach, shopping, bars. We brought our two Basset Hounds and they had a good time as well. Thank you for allowing well behaved dogs, they are part of our family and go with us many places. Everything was clean, nice, and just what we expected. Diane and Michael also added additional little touches that were really appreciated .....flashlight on the key chain, candles, etc. We HIGHLY recommend this rental and we will be back!

Great place for a couple

This was the second time we have stayed at the Sea Hab. On both occasions, we were very pleased. The unit provided everything we needed for our stay, and we really like the privacy of the fenced in area outside the entrance.

We had our 2 dogs with us on this trip, and they loved it as well. Again, the fenced in area was a big plus because it allowed us to let our dogs out freely.

Sea Hab is also located conveniently near most restaurants and stores, about a block from Center Street. We highly recommend eating at Taco Boy, The Crab Shack, Lost Dog Cafe, Black Magic Cafe, and Woody's Pizza. All of them are great!

The only thing even close to negative about this place is that the toilet sometimes needs flushed multiple times to work properly.

I highly recommend Sea Hab to visitors of Folly Beach!

perfect folly vacation especially for dog owners

Sea-hab was perfect for 1 person or a couple and our furry children. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and all the necessities were provided so I thought it was a great value especially for the location which was close to everything we needed and the beach. There were even dog treats to welcome our two goldens. They had a blast and so did we! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Folly Weekend

Sea-hab was the perfect place for us and our dogs to stay. Everything we needed was provided and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. They even left some dog treats for our 2 goldens we brought with us! We had a great weekend at folly beach and the dogs loved going to the beach! We would definitely stay there again!!!
Owner's Response: If your looking for a little Nook of your own...this is the spot. Enjoy parking your car and never needing to get in it again:) Close to everything, yet private and off the beaten path. You go enjoy the beach during the day while your furry loved ones enjoy the shaded yard and new sights and smells. It's a win...win:)

Perfect Getaway by the Beach!

We found this hidden clean, gem on homeaway and are so happy we chose it! It was our first time to the Folly Beach/Charleston area and we wanted to be close to the beach. This cozy condo was only two blocks away and a quick three minute walk! It was also half a block from all of the main restaurants in Folly. The secluded, fenced in area gave the perfect amount of privacy and allowed our Yorkie to easily use the bathroom. It was very convenient to have beach towels and linens provided allowing for lighter packing. The bed/bedding was also extremely comfortable with very nice linings. Diane and Michael were wonderful, easy to get in touch with and flexible with check in/out times according to availability. Highly recommended and cannot wait to return!
Owner's Response: Nothing makes us happier then satisfied guests! We love this little rental and are so pleased to be able to share it with others. We go above and beyond to make sure bed linens are hotel quality....no microfiber sheets here! It's such a fabulous location with easy access to all the wonderful little spots that make Folly what it is. If we can better accommodate our guests, we certainly try. We know who important a relaxing vacation is!!
