2 night minimum stay
$450 weekdays per night and $550 weekends per night (Weekends are considered Thursday night through Monday morning) unless otherwise stated.
No cleaning fee, taxes are included in the per night rate.
Security deposit: I require the one time $49 property damage insurance plan through homeaway which covers you up to $1,500 in property damage during your stay.
Both ACL weekends have been booked. Oct 3rd - 7th and Oct 10 - 13th.
Formula one weekend 2013 has been booked.

The home is a 5 bed 3 bath single story with a very bright and spacious open floor plan and plenty of upgrades.
Sleeping arrangements: The 5 bedrooms have the following: one bedroom with 1 king size bed (master)
one bedroom with another king size bed
one bedroom with 1 queen size bed
one bedroom with 1 bunkbed (2 twin beds)
a bedroom at the bottom of the stairwell leading to the garage which has 1 bunk bed (a twin on top and a full size bed on bottom) and a separate twin bed (3 beds in this room total).
there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area and a full size sleeper sofa in the second living area.

The house is 6.7 miles from the airport. It's 10 minutes by car. Downtown Austin is one mile from the house. I'll go over the options for getting to the house from the airport. You could get a taxi or you can also opt for the bus. There's a bus that's called the airport flyer that takes you straight downtown from the airport. Very few if any stops in-between so it's fairly quick. Once you're downtown you'll be about one mile from the house so you could take a taxi from there or transfer to another bus which would take you to a bus stop a few blocks from the house. There's also the commuter rail that stops at the convention center downtown and then the next stop is at a location about 5 blocks from the house. Easy to walk to the house from that stop.
