The home is a 4 1/2 bed 3 bath single story with a very bright and spacious open floor plan.
Sleeping arrangements: The 4 bedrooms have the following: one bedroom with 1 king size bed (master)
one bedroom with another king size bed
one bedroom with 1 queen size bed and extra long twin
one bedroom with 1 queen size bed
THERE ARE ALSO 4 TWIN SIZE FOLD OUT BEDS IN EACH BEDROOM.
there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area and a full size sleeper sofa in the second living area.
And as an added option there is a bunk bed (full size on the bottom, and a twin on the top) in the room at the bottom of the stairs leading to the garage. It's an 8' x 8' room with the bunk bed, a chest of drawers, and a chair. It's a quiet, clean separate area for additional sleeping options so it's considered a 1/2 bedroom.
The Austin airport is 6.7 miles from the property which is usually a 10 minute trip by car.
Downtown Austin is almost exactly one mile from the house.
I'll go over the options that I know of for getting to the house from the airport. You could always take a taxi ($15 - $20) or you can also opt for the bus ($1 - $1.50). There's a bus that's called the airport flyer that takes you straight downtown from the airport. Very few if any stops in-between so it's fairly quick. Once you're downtown you'll be about one mile from the house so you could take a taxi from there or transfer to another bus which would take you to a bus stop a few blocks from the house. There's also the commuter rail that stops at the convention center downtown and then the next stop is at a location about 5 blocks from the house. Easy to walk to the house from that stop.

I love living in Austin because it is one of the most charming cities that I know. I spend most of my free time at Townlake and the east Austin events. This area offers a ton of great restaurants/bars and outdoor activities so I stay very busy enjoying the neighborhood.
This property is centrally located in a great neighborhood on a quiet street with fantastic neighbors. It's a short walk to Townlake and Fiesta Gardens; a short walk to the commuter rail which gets you downtown in a matter of minutes; and the new Rainey St. district and 6th street is less than 1 mile away. The home is brand new so it's super clean and the open floor plan is perfect for entertaining large groups.
