50% of rental fee is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 1 month before the arrival date. If booking is done after 1 month before the arrival, the full rental fee will be required. Security deposit of $1,500 is required with the second 50% of the rental fee. We encourage payments via wire transfer. Credit card payments are accepted with an extra 5% fee on the total amount.

Rates include full staff - Butler, Chef, Maid and 2 golf carts (seating 4 & 8 respectively). Free access for all amenities of resort. Rates do not included security deposit, electricity, food & beverages. Any amounts paid are non-refundable. However, we will offer alternative dates if these are available.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
