The guest house has a Queen size mattress in the Bedroom and a full-size sofa bed. Sleeps 2-4 people. A ceiling fan is located in both the living area and bedroom. The closet has extra linens, quilts and a down comforter alone with ample storage for your stay.The living area has a high definition television and an area for eating at a table with fold-down arms.
The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. Dishes, silverware, cooking utensils are available for your use. There are also some snacks provided in the pantry.
A stacking washer and dryer is available for your use and includes the detergent.
The heating and cooling consists of two separate zones--one for the bedroom, the other for the remainder of the guest house. This allows for optimal comfort in both areas.
An intimate area behind the guest house is available for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A side patio is under construction and will have a table, umbrella and chairs available for use.

About Owner/Property Manager
Purchased the property in 2009. Property included a main house, 3 car garage and workshop. I converted the workshop and one of the garage bays into a Guest House. I am presently constructing a cabana for backyard entertainment.

The Main House was built in 1906 by a local builder (Belford Lumber Company) and is known as the Lindel House. Presently, doing extensive construction in the back yard to include a canaba. Pictures to be available soon.
