Beautiful - Spacious - Open - Private

MUST SEE! Approx 3700 sq.ft. Built with Cathedral Ceilings and Columns, located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood, featuring 3 Bedrooms each with its own Private Baths, formal Living Room and formal Dining Room, large gourmet Kitchen with large Island, Breakfast area open to the Great Room with complete entertainment center and Bar, a large covered Patio with a gas BBQ Grill overlooking the private Spa and Pool with a large waterfall, granite and marble countertops, custom wood window shutters and fans throughout. There are 2 additional Powder Rooms, one on each side of the house for convenience. The house has a very large driveway and is completely fenced with brick wall, which makes it very private. A very large driveway with ample parking for your Motor Home or Boat.
About Vincent

This is a home we built for ourselves to live and retire here. We love this home because it is very airy and spacious, with high ceilings, wide hallways, large windows, lots of countertops and storage.

Vincent purchased this house in 2006
Why Vincent chose Rancho Mirage

Our family and my sister's family were very close and we both had 3 daughters. Throughout the years we would come to Palm Springs, rented a home from friends, and spent the children's vacation time here in the desert. We loved the weather. It brought back happy times. Our Brother-In-Law was transferred to Palm Springs by his employee and his family transferred to Rancho Mirage to live. Together we bought 1 acre land and made payments for years. After 10 years, we decided to also transfer here. We split the lot into two 1/2 acre lots and build our homes. We love it here!

What makes this house unique

We love the custom painted Mural in our Formal Dining Room by our niece who is an Artist by profession. She painted them specifically for us. It depicts a Tuscan restaurant by the Sea with our favorite food menu. She also painted the sky on the ceiling of the Dining Room and the columns in our Formal Living Room. This house is very special to us.

My family and I stayed at this vacation rental for 1 week! This was the most relaxing vacation we have had in a long time and believe me it was well worth it!!!

This vacation was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean and very elegant..dining, shopping, casino and a waterpark minutes away. The property is fairly new with an awesome patio, pool and spa. let's not forget the soothing waterfalls!! The inside
of the home is huge!!!!

The owner was "awesome", responded to all my questions right away! Thanks Vince ...

We are making this our yearly vacation getaway!!

Gorgeous inside and out!!

We stayed in this lovely home last year for three weeks. Everything about it was fabulous. Only one minor complaint - no closet space in the master!!!
Owner's Response: In response to the review regarding closet space, each bedroom has it's own double closets, including a guest closet in the entry way. We do provide a portable clothes rack for the Master Bedroom. We feel there is plenty of space to hang all your clothes. In the past we've had many, many guests - no one has ever mentioned the lack of closet space. We do welcome you bringing to our attention anything that might help us improve the stay of our future guests.
