I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

This home was located in a very nice neighborhood. We found the outdoor living area to be it's greatest attribute. We almost did not rent this home because the pool was located outside the lanai, but while staying there we were pleasantly surprised that
there was so much more room in both the lanai and around the pool deck that we really loved this set up! Besides the fabulous days by the pool, a clear night full of stars was truely magical poolside! The interior of the home could use some small updates,
but nothing major that would cause us not to rent again. If you are looking for a home with a comfortable space for your family sit and watch a movie - this is may not the home for you though. We have rented a similar home for several years with comforable
seating and the office set up as second seating space. We are a family of four with two teens. We found we missed that second seating area, but since we spent most days and evenings poolside or enjoying the island, it wasnt such a big deal. Our only other
recommendation for the home would be that the outdoor grille definitely needs replacement. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay in this home and would recommend it to others. We think it is priced very farily for what you get and would not hesitate to rent
