Rating Details:
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Marco Island was beautiful. Condo is very out dated and in poor repair. Many items broken. Toaster didn't work, coffee maker poor quality. Mirrors cracked. Beach chairs broken and old. Wi-Fi reception unpredictable. Kitchen has a poor layout. Glad I only paid $1400 for the week. Beach is quite a walk from condo.

Overall, my husband and I were pleased with SSNW. I would suggest that there be a contact person in Bld. #4 to answer any questions or concerns. Really, we had to figure things out for ourselves if we had questions. Also,the carpeting in our unit could use a cleaning. I believe that I left a cord to my kindle in apt. #1708 perhaps under a dresser. I contacted my realtor (A. Vale @ Marco Realty), but have yet to hear a response.

I just spent 6 weeks in this unit and I am going back next year. The view was wonderful, overlooking Tigertail Beach, perfect for watching those beautiful sunsets. The unit felt spacious as compared to other units I hsve seen in the complex. The master bedroom and bath had a dressing area, walk in closet and a step in marble shower. The rental agent was very friendly and supportive, answering any questions I had.

Property is professionally and efficiently managed. The unit is clean, up to date, well stocked and comfortably furnished. Very romantic get away place. We spent a delightful week there and highly recommend it.

The condo was very comfortable and roomy. The view was awesome and the beach was wonderful. My kids loved looking for shells every day and the beach is a great place for a run. The area was very quiet making for a very relaxing vacation. The owner was very helpful. You wil enjoy your visit. Will stay here next time we come down.
