I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

I was very happy with the location.

The vacation rental was spotless.

The property manager was very helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The condo is well equipped, nicely furnished, and nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is fantastic. This is a great South Beach location within easy walking distance to the beach.

Andrew Vale and his staff from the Marco Vacation Properties were great to deal with. They responded quickly to some minor issues.

We had a very enjoyable time until the last day when we were reprimanded by the building manager for “dragging” dining room chairs that made scraping noises on the tile floors.

When you arrive, be sure that the dining room chairs have pads on the bottom of the legs. The chairs are heavy and difficult to move without dragging them on the floor. While we were not bothered by the scraping noises that we heard, apparently the noises that we made were objectionable to residents that have become sensitized to the noises.

The unpleasant encounter with the building manager caused us to cancel our reservations for next year, even though the application fees to Tropicana are nonrefundable.

Overall, the condo was clean, well decorated and comfortable! The only real issue were the beds. The bunk beds were hard, and the spare bedroom was an old lumpy mattress. The master was a good bed. The pool was great as well!

We have rented Troopicana 503 for 9 years in a row and have been very pleased with Marco Island Rental Vacations- Andrew Vale. Minor complaint is the furniture in living area, couch is outdated and uncomfortable and should be replaced. Everything else is fine. Keep up the good work, I know the Vale family works hard to please.

This is a super nice condo with lots of space! It is furnished nicely and is just a 10 min. walk to the beach. Bring your own hair dryer as there is not one furnished. Also, make sure you fill out a car-registration card when in the condo lobby or else the association nazi will threaten to tow your car! (Even if you are the only ones on site!) It has a lovely view and it is in a very quiet area. The beds were comfy and it seemed to be well-stocked with everything else that you need. (Although, if you are staying more than a week, you will need to buy some soap for the showers!) We did very little cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked as well. Marco properties was great about everything! I would highly recommend this place!

This unit is perfect for a larger family in need of a three bedroom, spacious condo with large kitchen and modern, updated furnishings. This unit is not on the beach, but across Collier Blvd with views of the Ocean and only 5 mintues walk to South Beach
