Without a doubt, the magical light and scenery in St Martin inspired this incredible 5 bedroom house. It features a huge covered terrace overlooking the pool area and takes full advantage of the spectacular views. The Terrace has a lovely comfortable sitting area, outdoor dining table for up to 10 people, barbecue and chill out area. It is ideal for sunbathing, reading or just looking at the incredible views to the sapphire waters and endless horizon. Alternatively you can relax in the warmth of the St Martin air with an ice cold glass of champagne or cocktail with friends and family whilst looking at the stunning sunsets which are so often a feature of this part of the Island.
Almost every room in the house opens out onto the terrace encompassing indoor/outdoor living whilst maintaining incredible privacy.
The interiors of the gorgeous chic sitting room have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with extreme relaxation. There are some beautiful contemporary artworks and the furnishings are quiet yet luxurious – cashmere, silk suede, marble and leather. The doors can be pushed back to give a feeling of space and openness and the exteriors are gleaming white and wholly integrated with the warm tropical air that envelopes it.
From the terrace, you will be able to have a cooling dip in the stunning infinity edge shallow-entry heated swimming pool or perhaps wander down to the pristine beach for a swim. There is also a Jacuzzi and a large deck for sunbathing.
There are four luxurious air conditioned en suite bedrooms in the main house. The magnificent master suite has a King bed and leads out onto the Terrace. The second mini Master suite also leading to the Terrace has a King Bed. The third room has two single beds which can be made up as a King if required and the fourth bedroom has a King bed. The guest cottage which is self contained and located in the gardens is also lovely and has a King bed.
Additional features include a fully equipped gymnasium. In addition, Belle Etoile comes with a large plasma screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout, a guest computer, DVD library, pool table and karaoke machine are also available.
