In this stunning townhouse, it is only 150 yards to the QuickSilver Lift, 250 yards to Beaver Run SuperChair and 150 yards to restaurants and bars of the best part of downtown - the Peak 9 Base area!! You won't find the cramped quarters normally associated with such a perfect location! This is a soaring and spacious 1656 square foot slice of heaven with it's own 3-4 person hot tub and private garage and gorgeous furnishings.
Sleeping Arrangements: All the bedrooms are upstairs, Queen Pullout is downstairs

Ideal for families with little ones - Beaver Run has the ski school and the Kinderhut childcare center 1 block away. Forget the shuttle when you're here!! Ski home for lunch! For those of you who prefer to shop and sight see, it is a quick 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. You will easily be able to maximize your time skiing, rather than jumping on and off shuttles from this unbeatable location! The free town shuttle is also available just 25 yards from your doorstep.
You can use your own small hot tub on your own balcony, or you have a pass for the Upper Village Pool 1 block away. It's a newly renovated indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub complex less than one block away at 450 Village Rd. The pool is both indoor and outdoor (you can swim in and out!) and you have 4 large hot tubs - 2 outdoors for star gazing, and 2 inside. PLEASE NOTE: The Upper Village Pool is CLOSED Mid-April to Memorial Day, then again from the end of September til the ski hill opens
OTHER AMENITIES: Full-sized washer-dryer, private heated garage, 2 private balconies and gas fireplace.

Perfectly located between Beaver Run Resort & ski lift and Peak 9/The Village & Quicksilver lift. A short drive to downtown Breckenridge to enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shopping. Garage parking and entrance was great after a day on the slopes. Management was very quick to fix several issues we discovered upon arrival. For such a great location, several of the condo's amentities were well used & outdated. For example, the door to the microwave was broken, the television in the main living area was outdated. Seems to be a recurring issues with many rental properties, but most of the bedding outside of the master bedroom was uncomfortable, especially the queen bed in the guest room. It was great having a two-person private hot tub on the deck, but it did have an odor and odd color. Most of the issues are repairable for future visitors and the location is tough to beat, so we would recommend this property for family ski trips.
The condo is a great location close to Beaver Run ski school and town. We were able to walk to town which is a plus as the traffic can be quite hectic when the slopes close. We had a problem with the dryer on Christmas day and hated to bother Leon to fix it but we had wet clothes in the washer and needed them dried. Leon came over promptly and fixed the problem. The process of booking with Sandy was smooth as well. There's a 2 person hot tub on the deck which was nice after a cold day of snowboarding and skiing. I will say there is one downside to the garage. We had two cars (an Exterra and Chevy Traverse-both SUV's) and neither would fit in the garage...the space was too narrow. But that won't stop us from returning to Breck to stay in this unit again. Looking forward to our next visit!!
Great location for families with young kids! A short walk to fresh powder at base of beaver run and ski school each morning with easy stroll downhill at end of day. Everything needed for a comfortable stay of two families and room for more! Hot tub. On deck a plus and a quick walk into town for shopping and great food! Pop-in by Leon upon arrival was very helpful and he was great about assisting us with anything we needed while there. Would stay again for sure!
"The condo was in a great location to town and to ski in/ski out. The process booking and dealing with Sandy was hassle free. My family and I usually travel to Breck at least once a year and will be using your services in the future as we have already found rentals on your website for next year. The only problems we had that really didnt bother us was that the futon is broken and that there is a small leak under the sink in the shared bathroom upstairs. See you next year"
