This cozy escape in the heart of Breckenridge on Main Street, offers incredible value and convenience for guests. Just steps from the Peak 9 QuickSilver Super6 lift and all the shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants of downtown! This top (3rd) floor end unit is one of the quietest units in the complex!

Sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

Main Bedroom: 1 Queen bed

Second Bedroom: Captain's Bunk (double on bottom and single up top)

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

One bathroom with tub and shower, full kitchen, fireplace, flat-screen televisions in the living room and master bedroom, two outdoor hot tubs and a sauna.

Ski all day from the Peak 9 ski lifts just across the street, then relax views from your hot tub at the end of the day. You are right at 420 S. Main Street - steps away from hundreds of shops, restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and more.

ONLY ONE PARKING PASS for each condo, and since your lot is where everyone wants to park, they have to tow EARLY AND OFTEN! Ice Rink lot is very close, and has overnight parking for $5/night payable at the kiosk on-site. We have maps in the unit on how to get there. You don't need your car here! No pets, no smoking please.

Leon, our Director of Operations, will stop by to ensure you have everything you need. Coming from Ritz and Marriott, he truly understands and enjoys service. One of our property owners has dubbed the value Leon brings to guests as the "FLT" (Full Leon Treatment) after Leon got a 5-star review on his property after the very first guest stay we had.

He is on-call 24-7, knows each property intimately, he can explain, diagnose or fix most anything, and would be happy to provide the locals' perspective on anything from restaurant choices(he has a culinary degree) to the best dispensaries, (from web reviews, of course)! Rumor has it he'll even take you back-country skiing and bail you out of jail, but we strongly recommend the former!

Location, Location, Location

Location is great, right on Main St. It was terrific being so close to all the shops and restaurants. About a three block walk to Peak 9 lift and right on the free bus line so no vehicle is needed. The unit is on the small side, but that was ok with us. The only thing lacking was the supply of glasses!

PERFECT LOCATION!

We stayed here for an extended ski weekend and had a fantastic time. We were able to walk to the Peak 9 ski lift with as little trouble as our ski boots would allow. There was a Starbucks down the street, as well as many shops, restaurants, and bars. My one complaint is that the appliances are a little dated...but that would not be enough to deter us from staying here again!

This property was a great location, however the upkeep and housekeeping was not worth the price. The scuffs and kickeed baseboards were a big turn off. My claim to fame is not house cleaning, however before inviting friends over I would make sure to 409 the switch plates and backsplashes about the kitchen, and most likely the bathroom baseboards especially behind the door, along with any other drippy looking areas on the wall. If paying customers were arriving I would have pillow cases on the flat spare pillows, make sure the toilet flushes properly (had to keep the tank cover off and mess with float)and repair the leaky roof in the bunk bed room. (must have leaked before because wall had splash marks)By the way, the rails supporting the top bunk could be felt through the thin mattress.Also it would be wise to splurge on a new shower curtain liner since this one is iron stained on the bottom 6 inches giving a sense of uncleanliness. The place had the feel of a college apartment.

Owner's Response: We sincerely apologize for your experience of this property - as the new manager, I did all I could right before the season started, and it was clearly insufficient. All the items mentioned have been fully addressed and not only is this unit polished and ready for action, it will be undergoing a remodel in the fall! Although we appreciate an opportunity to address these items prior to a negative review being posted, we certainly appreciate your taking time to review the property!
