This ocean view air-conditioned studio condominium is designed specifically for a couple or a small family to relax and enjoy all that the Valley Isle of Maui has to offer. Ideally located between between the resort areas of Kaanapali Beach and Kapalua Bay, this spacious studio is located on the 5th floor of this twelve story beachfront development and features a comfortable king sized bed with a twin sized pullout sofa for an extra guest. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove, cookware, microwave, coffee maker and a blender to mix your favorite tropical drink. There is dinnerware, glassware and silverware for four. The condo has a tiled entrance and carpet in the living space. The updated tiled bathroom features a full shower and there is a washer/dryer and safe located in the unit.

The Royal Kahana complex is directly on the beach and has an oceanside pool with cabana, outdoor tennis courts, shuffleboard, sauna & fitness facility, BBQ's, elevators and complimentary self parking. Internet service is available for a fee. Local and toll-free calls are complimentary.

***Please note that the Royal Kahana has scheduled work in the pool area to start April 29 and run through May 5, 2013 with the pool being closed during that time.
