We had a great time in 148 Landmark Street, Marco Island. The house is very nice and in good condition. With the 3 bedrooms there is enough space for 6 people but I would not recommend renting it with a party of 7-8. We visited the house with 3 adults and had a lot of space.

We really loved the pool area and spent the most time there. There is a lot of pool and beach equipment in the house, including two bikes and a Weber Q100 barbecue grill. The patio provides shadow all day and the pool get sunshine from 10am to sunset.

It was 850 meter (0.53 miles, 930 yard or 2790 foot) to the public beach of Marco Island. But make sure you go via Maple Ave. If you go via San Marco Road there is no beach entry and the way is much longer.

The property management is very friendly and competent. We had a water pipe burst outside of the house and they send us a plumber immediately who fixed it while we were for breakfast.

Our trip to Marco Island was wonderful. Location is amazing and the weather cannot compete with any European destination. The house was very nice, but awfully under equipped. When we asked our agent for anything he would be very sweet and fast with answering, but he didn't take care of most important thing for our safety - the broken pool doors. First of all somebody could easily walk into the house and second kids could open it withou us knowing about it. Twice he sent over a person who just jiggled with the lock and had it fixed like for half a day. Later we just been careful. Another downturn was coming into the house withou toilet paper, shampoos, washing detergents...had to get all of those ourselves...this should not happen to the house that tries to be a part of luxurious rents group. Overall these things did not matter that much because area and the atmosphere if all island just makes up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at 148 Landmark Street. We are two families with one ten month old baby each. we found it perfect to have our own bedroom(s) and separate bathroom at opposite ends of the house with the common areas in the middle. The beds were comfortable and it felt luxurious to have our own pool. The only little downside was that the kitchen was a little underequipped. For example we missed wine glasses, dish rack, grater etc. But we bought the stuff so the kitchen should be better equipped now. The other downside with the house was that we had to leave it at the end of our stay!
I would say that the pictures don´t make the house justice. The house feels both bigger and lighter in reality.

We came with our in-laws and our 14 months old daughter to this newly decorated house and we loved it. It's a safe and quite neighborhood. The house has a great layout so that our master bedroom was far away from the two bedrooms which guaranteed us a good sleep in a really comfortable king bed. The beach toys, chairs & towels were used on a daily basis coz the walk to the beach is very short. Too bad that we only stayed one week. We would love to come again.

Location is excellent. All was very clean and well kept. Not very well equipped in kitchen and with few beach towels. Could use a chair in living area and could have better pool side furniture. Overall for the amount of money paid we were disappointed that it did not have more to offer.
