I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
Nice property, but does not sleep 8. It sleeps 6. Sleeping 2 people on a 3 inch blow up mattress for a week is not comfortable, nor enjoyable. This house should have a fold out couch at least, to be considered 8 people ready. Also, the walk to the beach is a little too long. It took us 20 minutes to walk each way.

The house was very nice and clean. It is a short walk to the beach. We used the bikes many times. We had a small problem during our stay and the staff at Marco Island Vacation Properties handled it very promptly. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for renting us this great house.

I did not like this house at all. Rented on Marco for 30 years. The second worse house I have had. The minimum of everything. There was no place to sit five - 6 adults in the living room. I would not recommend it to anyone.
