I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Our compliments to the owners of this property. It's obvious that they have taken great care to continually update and maintain this slightly older property. Newer appliances, fixtures, floors, paint, beds, and much much more were evidence of their love for this place. We loved it as well. The outdoor pool/lanai area was wonderful in the morning for outdoor breakfasts and newspaper time and playing cards in the evening. The canal location was great for relaxing and a bit of fishing. Rented or owned, there will be a boat docked there next time we visit. The place had everything a family could possibly need. Our only problem was the condition when we arrived. Without going into great detail, it was not clean when we arrived. The kind of "not clean" that you might expect if any Florida house had sat vacant for some time. To the defense of the management company, we did make reservations spur of the moment, less than a week before arriving. To the great credit of the management company, they had a cleaning crew there within 15 minutes of our notifying them upon arrival on a Sunday. So after the initial two hour glitch...we had a wonderful week in a wonderful place. We're already talking about next year.
