Sleeps 15 comfortably in beds. All furnished, overlooking the sea and air conditioning, except for employees. Accessible to elderly and disabled individuals. Balcony, living room and dining room, kitchen, covered outdoor area with outdoor dining table, garage for 4 cars, 3 decks, kiosk oceanfront, mobile barbecue and pool. Ample space and wooded lawn around the house with panoramic sea view, ideal for families, children and animals. Dependence with homemade installed to help when needed.
