This elegantly rustic, two-bedroom condominium can accommodate up to six guests is located in the heart of downtown Park City, Utah. The condo boasts a roomy floor plan with high-end elements of natural stone, wood and brick interiors. The private and secluded balcony overlooks the property's swimming pool and views from the bedrooms face the Wasatch Mountains. Experience the feeling of the “Old West” in Park City, Utah in elegant comfort and close proximity to Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Historic Main Street.

Located at the base of Historic Park City Main Street – the heart of the action and excitement in Park City – this roomy 825 square foot condominium is located on the third floor of the lovely Park Station building and offers elevators for convenience and secure entries for safety.

Park Station is a short stroll from the charm of Main Street with gourmet restaurants, theaters, art galleries and boutique shops and only a few steps from the Town Lift, which transports skiers directly to the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

Beautifully decorated with classic elements of stone, wood and brick throughout, the condominium offers a large, fully-equipped kitchen with stone backsplashes, hardwood floors and granite countertops, a French-door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and full-size oven and stove. A roomy, open dining area, able to accommodate up to six is situated next to the kitchen and within view of the main living area.

After a day of skiing, site-seeing or shopping, relax in condominium’s living room while enjoying a roaring fire in the brick fireplace as you view your favorite program on the 40” flat-screen TV. Or, during the summer, open the sliding glass doors of the living room and venture out to the secluded, tree-lined balcony, overlooking the swimming pool.

The well-appointed, spacious master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a large walk-in closet. The master bathroom is newly renovated with a beautiful, natural stone shower, large maple vanity with a granite countertop.

The sofa in the main living area also converts to a comfortable full-size sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests.

An additional bedroom offers two twin beds, dressers and a large closet with mirrored doors. The second bathroom, large and newly renovated, is located across the hallway from the second bedroom with a convenient layout for guests.

The condominium offers plenty of storage with a linen closet located in the hallway. The condominium also offers a stereo with MP3 player.

This is a very nice location (Park Station) just a short walk (less than a minute!) to Main Street shops and restaurants. The condo is just as described. We especially enjoyed the fact that even though the condo faces another building, you would never know it because of all the trees that fill the view. We communicated well with Park City Vacation Prop., which is why we booked this place over another for just about the same price because we could never get the owner/manager to answer our emails. Thank you,. By the way, the sofa bed is very comfortable in case you need to use it. And the pool is beautiful. The bathrooms are very nice (terrific showers) and the towels are great! Everything was really clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our three-day stay.

Great Downtown Condo, Good for Any Vacation

We were so pleased with the location of this property and it's proximity to both Canyons Resort and Park City. The place was wonderful for our family and the kids. The furnishings were tastefully done and welcoming. The condo was excellent – plenty of room for everyone, very clean and we really made use of the kitchen & dining room. We would definitely stay again.

Great Family Vacation in Park City!

As a last minute trip before school starts, my family and I decided to travel to Park City, Utah for the weekend. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to see that the place was bright, clean and ready just for us. This property has a great view of the mountain side and the interior layout and design was more than we hoped for. The property was just as described - the photos & description alike, but the real thing was better. Westgate is a great resort with great amenities. The kids just loved the pools and game room, while I quite enjoyed the spa and hiking the Wasatch. This vacation rental was a fantastic place for a family and I would highly recommend it to anyone. And I'd like to give a big thanks to the iTrip Park City team for making the reservation process so easy and quickly following up on our special requests.

This was our first time to Park City, Utah and our first time booking a vacation rental. The quality of the property and the level of customer service we received for Park City Vacation Properties was certainly excellent and so much so that we plan to use their management services again on our next vacation. We absolutely enjoyed the property, especially it's blend of modern updates with classic western decor. Not only was the price reasonable– compared to hotels – but, we felt like we were immersed in the local culture, which we haven’t ever felt with a large hotel chain. The condo was spacious, updated and fully-equipped with everything we needed to have a quiet night in or for hosting & entertaining friends that we traveled with. Looking forward to our next trip to Utah!

Excellent Location. Perfect Condo.

We stayed for three days of skiing in Feb 2014. The condo was in great shape - very clean and all the amenities we were looking for. The location is hard to beat - just a few steps from Main St. and the Town Lift. The owner was very helpful both during the pbookig process and with information while we were there. We had a great vacation and will deifnitely come again. I highly recommend this listing!

Perfect Ski-Getaway

The condo was very clean, modern and quite comfortable. We had five adults and had plenty of room. If you are looking for close walking access to downtown for shopping, dinners or cocktails, this place is fantastic! We did not utilize the Town Lift (we instead drove to Deer Valley, Canyons and Alta), but it is quite close if Park City Mountain is on your ski list. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to others!

The townhome was everything advertised on VRBO. The owner was very helpful and provided answers to all of our questions. The property was clean and well- maintained and in a beautiful part of the country. It is located in an excellent location for hanging out on Main or the ski resorts. The outdoor jacuzzi- type tub was a real plus. We would definitley recommend the property to others.
