Over 2000 SF, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, with views of both the mountain and lake.

Otherwise known as 'El Oso Loco', this house has been owner occupied for 10 years and has everything you need to make your stay a perfect getaway! From every cooking necessaity, top of the line appliances to an 8 person Jacuzzi (with a CD stereo), washer/dryer, a wine cooler, wood burning fireplace, exceptional beds and bedding and so much more.

El Oso Loco is at the top of the desirable neighborhood Moonridge; the large wood deck offers views of both ski resorts and the lake. A no stair entrance and flat driveway provide safe and easy access.

Bedrooms:

Master (downstairs)- California King; television with DVD player; and sliding door to private Jacuzzi

Guest room 1- Bunk beds with a full size bottom and twin upper; television with DVD player

Guest room 2- Queen

Guest room 3 (upstairs)- Queen
About Steve

I am a southern California native with 2 boys. My boys and I have enjoyed this cabin for 10 years where they learned to ski, mountain bike ride and fish. To give back to the community, I have been a USARC ski instructor for 5 years helping children with disabilities on the mountain. With my kids grown and my passion for skiing taking me outside of California, I am now able to share my home with others!

El Oso Loco was purchased and furnished to be a personal residence not a rental. Everything feels like home. A large fenced in yard and quiet private street make it ideal for both families and for those looking for true serenity in the mountains. Although you think you are worlds away, El Oso Loco is minutes from skiing, the Lake, grocery store, The Village and all the town has to offer.

The views from the deck and living room showcase every season. The location is unique in a mountain environment given the ease of access and safe surroundings.
