We’ve stayed at a few properties managed by Park City Vacation Properties over the last couple of years and this was again, the best vacation yet! We choose to use their services for many reasons, but the key for us is responsive customer service – whether with booking, last minute or special requests – trust of the brand and immaculate properties.
When we arrived, the condo was very clean and prepared just for us. This place has great features including mountain views, large HDTV, Jacuzzi jetted tub & steam shower. It was nice to have the kitchen fully equipped, so that we had the option to eat-in at our leisure. Thank you for looking after us so well over the years, my family had another great ski vacation in Park City, Utah and we look forward to our next trip this winter!
My family and I certainly enjoyed our winter vacation in Park City. The condo was well designed, comfortable to share and beautifully furnished to suit the local atmosphere. The amenities were vast and appreciated - we really liked all aspects of our trip. The condo had all the comforts of home. It was welcoming each time we entered and was an excellent experience from start to finish. We would stay here again or at another property managed by iTrip Park City.
Westgate is a great place for a family vacation. The condo was great, well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. This condo is on the top floor of the resort and we really enjoyed the mountain views. Will definitely stay here again.
This is our 2nd time staying at Westgate. Westgate is incredibly convenient for ski-in/ski-out, Canyons Plaza, resort stores, ski rentals and the ski school. The ski valet service is fabulous. We did not eat at the two restaurants at Westgate, but they were both very busy and seemed quite popular. The staff at Westgate was incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa was also wonderful, and the kids enjoyed the game room and pool area. The room itself was very clean, very well maintained, and well located within Westgate. Our family of 5 (1 teen and 2 younger children) fit well in this 1-bedroom; we were outside most of our days skiing. The owner answered emails and requests promptly. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again next year!
The Westgate is definitely a 5 star resort - they have it all and are very friendly. PC Vacation Properties was quick to move us out of this room because of the A/C malfunction, so that was good, but they are not keeping on top of the room amenities as they should, and when we pointed some of the issues out (ie: coffee maker not working and the carafe missing from blender), they did not respond to my emails, so I had the resort take care of them. They appear to manage units that either they own or manage for people that have them for investment reasons only. Clearly, both of the units we were in did not get much use by an owner, if at all. When you stay in a place that is used by the owner, you can pretty much be assured that the unit will have everything it needs. Another example of missing items would be no lid for the large frying pan and other small things that made it a bit inconvenient for us. We would definitely stay at the Westgate again, but would look to rent from an actual owner before a management company. On the flip side it was nice not to have to put up a security deposit.
