Lowell House will charm guests with original restored furnishings of the silver mining era combined with the comforts of modern amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen, two showers in the master bathroom, a TV in every room and free WiFi. About Owner/Property Manager

All we ever wanted as a young skiing family is a little ski house in the mountains. In 1966 a patient of Dr. Wilson introduced us to a miner of 45 years and his wife who needed to retire. All of their 'stuff' was old to them but treasured to us so we bought their home built in 1900 on Marsac Ave, fully furnished. Many of those pieces are in Lowell House now along with a hand carved headboard. We built another home and also the 8 condominiums next door to Lowell House. Our daughters became avis ski racers like their dad, an ex jumper, and one daughter was on the Park City Ski patrol. We prided our health to ski until we were 76 but at 82 now we welcome you to take over the slopes for us and enjoy our last little home in the mountains.

This was a beautiful house located right in the heart of town. Easy access to slopes and to the bus lines that take you to all the other resorts in the Park City area. The house is a bit old but extremely charming. The hot tub on the top floor offers priceless views of the surrounding mountains. The only issue was the beds upstairs and the bed in the den were too old. It wasn't necessarily a deal breaker for us but people said they could feel the wires through the beds, which is not the most comfortable sleeping experience. That said, we had a brilliant time and the house was a great deal for the price. Also, the real estate agent who manages the house was extremely responsive and ready to address any needs we had. We highly recommend this place!
Owner's Response: Thank you very much for the feedback about the mattress. I have let the owner know. She is ordering a new queen mattress and sleeper sofa mattress tomorrow.
