Ideal for listening to the sounds of nature, the soothing music of the water rolling onto your private beach, and a safe place for the kids to play.

New furniture which provides the comfort you'd expect on a premium vacation. This home is primarily my family's retreat so rental periods are limited which gives you peace of mind that you are not renting something that has been neglected.

What makes this house unique

The house is situated to face the lake allowing you to fully enjoy that first cup of coffee as you capture the morning sun rising up over the water as you relax in your living room or out on the patio or on the dock. Mid-way down the South Arm protects you and your family from the strong, cold winds properties closer to Lake Michigan endure and you enjoy the benefits of warmer and calmer waters and a lot less water traffic. Typically the boat traffic is very low providing a quiet setting while sitting in the house or while enjoying your BBQ on the patio. The beauty of lakefront living in an up north quiet relaxing setting.

A Glens grocery store is a few miles away and a Kmart is nine miles away giving you a convenient option for shopping needs should they arise.

Close to: Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey, Avalanche Bay Water Park, Petoskey casino, golf, and Dutchman Bay public boat launch
