This affordable family unit is cozy, clean, comfortable. Recently refreshed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 level condo available for weekend or weekly, or monthly rental The unit is located in Wintergreen, a quiet wooded complex with direct access to High Meadows Pass on lower mountain, and quick access to Jester and Knightslayer downhill trails. This homey unit has two bedrooms newly painted, on lower level, one with queen, and bunk room with 4 singles. Full bath and laundry on lower level. Third bedroom is in loft with full bed, new memory foam mattress!. Main level has new kitchen, fully equipped, 3/4 bath, dining area that seats 8, flat screen TV,smart DVD cable, WiFi and cozy wood stove to warm you after skiing! Sleeps 8 in beds, maximum occupancy 8. We offer late checkout on Sunday! Bike all day and check out at 5pm! This unit is a great value for the location, and is ideal for two families, or large groups. Access lift serviced downhill directly from complex, and short ride to East Burke Village and Darling Hill. Rates are as listed. $75.00 cleaning fee, 9% VT lodging, and $250 refundable security deposit.

Available Monthly, weekly, and weekends during ski season. NO SEASONAL RENTAL.

About Amy Bedell

This will be our 16th ski season at Burke! It truly is the 'Hidden Gem' of New England. We are originally from southwest of Boston, but moved to East Burke in October of 2011. We own three condos on the mountain, and enjoy mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, and all the NEK has to offer!

An amazing weekend and a great condo!

We just had the most amazing weekend stay at Burke. This condo was the perfect fit for us. We are a family of 4 with children ages 4 and 6. We stayed with another family, also with 2 kids (3 and 7). The kids loved having their own room and we loved having our own space too. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was easy to access a green connector trail, just a very short walk from our front door. (Very important with the little ones) We were easily able to stop back for a quick lunch or to retrieve forgotten gear. Amy was extremely helpful and we had a fantastic rental experience. The skiing was amazing. We are so glad we checked out Burke. We will definitely be back again!

The perfect get away!!

This was a PERFECT family get away. We have stayed at Burke a few times, but this was by far the best experience we ever had!! The condo was meticulous and homey!! The owners were more than accommodating. Prior to getting there Amy made sure that we knew about websites to buy discounted lift tickets and when we got to the condo there was a nice welcome package that awaited us. In addition to that, she made sure that the wood stove was going!! She had great recommendations for restaurants too! We already knew that Burke is a great family getaway place, but now we have found the perfect place to stay there!! The location on the mountain is great...just a VERY short walk/ski to the slopes. The amenities in the condo were wonderful. We did not need a thing. There was even the added bonus of a washer and dryer!! We are looking forward to going back next year!!

Great Family Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this condo - perfect for our family! The bedrooms downstairs made a great space for our girls, and we could relax by the fire with a cold beer after a day on the mountain! Easy to get right on the slopes, and super clean and comfortable. Great spot to spend our Christmas! And we got lots of fresh snow, bonus early in the season.
