Rough Hued Wood sided home has Rustic appeal on the outside, many high end touches on the inside. 3 story home offers lots of space to enjoy and relax. 1st floor has family room -flat screen TV-game area with Foosball and Xbox -queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) -powder room- attached garage .Second floor open 2 story living room -dining area-flat screen TV-fireplace --cherry wood floors- granite floors in dining area-newly remolded kitchen -stainless steel appliances-granite floor-copper back splash- full bath-bedroom----Hot tub on deck---Third level 3 bedrooms- full bath.This home has --WiFi-AC-off street parking for 5 cars-garage. In the summer use of the private sand beach on Lake Harmony -a power boat lake and you may bring a power boat, request a permit and launch it daily. Linens and towels are included.
