The home includes, 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft at desirable Cove Point Club. Top level Master bedroom includes a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Amenities include, wireless internet access, cable with two color TV's and DVD player, fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. Property includes picnic tables, walking trails, fishing and lake access.

A Cove Point Club community boat slip is available for boats 24' feet or smaller for a minimal fee which covers the cost of retrieving, launching and storing the owner's boat during your stay.

Cove Point Club is a full amenity, professionally landscaped, lakeside community with paved roads, tennis courts, play area for children and boat slips.

We enjoyed spending New Year Eve in this beautiful townhouse. Everything was perfect! The house was so clean and cozy. We we amazed how owners cared about every detail to make our vacation great. We can't wait summer to back to this place again!

Great Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed at this townhouse over the weekend of March 29th, 2013 and found it to be as advertised very cozy.

The living room area is rustic but updated and the 46” TV with cable is a major plus. We used the wood burning fireplace and the home owners were nice enough to supply all the wood that was needed. The full kitchen was extremely clean and fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware and appliances needed for any type of meal preparation. The master bedroom had its own TV with cable and a firm and very comfortable King size bed. On a sunny afternoon we sat on the back patio which was nicely furnished with newer outdoor furniture and a gas grill full of fuel.

The Cove Point community is extremely well maintained and the unit we rented was a short walk to the lake. The owners obviously are trying to create a rustic feel yet with all the amenities of home.

Within 4 days of our stay our full security deposit was returned to us.

We can’t wait for our next stay.
