All apartments within Melbourne and City Tower Complex are bright and modern. The 3 bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom.
All apartments are well appointed, furnished with a 6-seater dining set, one 3-seater couch which can be folded out to sleep two additional guests, one 2-seater couch and stools. The entertainment area is complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo with iPod connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. It has a 4-stove gas-top and electric oven for your use to cook up a feast. Inside the cabinets are all you need for a dinner party including all cooking pots, utensils, placemats, crockery and cutlery. The North-facing balcony is next to the entertainment area where you can enjoy the city skyline. Outdoor table and chairs complete this balcony for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, has large floor-to-ceiling windows with city views, complete with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a private balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds with views of the city as well as the complex pool and tennis court. The third bedroom is furnished with a king size bed which can also be split into two single beds, and a desk next to the bed. The room also has views of complex facilities. All bedrooms are bright with floor-to ceiling-windows and are complete with wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and alarm/iPod player.
The main bathroom/laundry is located next to the third bedroom. It has a full size bath and showerhead. Laundry is also inside this bathroom complete with washing machine, dryer and troph.
Full cotton linen and towels are used in this apartment. Guest shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap are all supplied. The apartment is serviced once a week.
The complex has a heated pool and gym located on the 6th floor, opening hours are 6am to 10pm. The tennis court can be used during day light only and time slots can be booked inside the gym. The building also has its own concierge desk which is attended from 6am to 10pm. The concierge desk has daily weather reports, direct telephone dialing for taxi and also collects dry cleaning items. For same day dry cleaning, please drop items to the concierge in the morning.
The building has state of art security system including 24 hour CCTV monitoring and overnight security guard. Individual computerized fobs allow residents to access floors of the apartment and complex facilities only. Visitors are required to use intercom to access the building.
The apartment comes with one allocated car parking space which guests will receive a permit upon check in.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, password is provided upon check in.

Southbank is one of the most prestigious inner city areas of Melbourne with a mixture of high end offices and residential complexes. Melbourne's style and pizazz never stops at this riverside area of the city's favorite art and leisure destination. You will find people walking, eating, drinking, shopping, working or just watching at Southbank--but everyone is doing it with style. Fashionistas wander along the shady promenade past water walls, fountains and riverside cafes.
Southbank buzzes with the 24-hour Casino complex; 350 gambling tables, 2,500 pokies machines, the Palladium ballroom, shops, restaurants, a 14-theatre cinema and space for over 8,000 parked cars. The spectacular 2,000 seat Lyric Theater has excellent acoustics for live performances of opera, ballet and theater. The Yarra Riverside walk is lined with interesting shops, and cosmopolitan cafes and restaurants overlooking modern fountains and Melbourne CBD. Adjacent is the Melbourne Convention Center, with the Polly Woodside sailing shop and maritime museum along the South Wharf. All the fabulous attractions of Melbourne are on the doorstep of Southbank, or a hop and a skip away.

Other tourist attractions within walking distance include National Gallery of Victoria (10 minutes), Federation Square (15 minutes), Eureka Tower (5 minutes), South Melbourne Market (15 minutes), Botanical Gardens/Shrine of Remembrance (15 minutes), Melbourne Cricket Ground (20 minutes).
You are spoilt with high end restaurants inside the casino and on the riverside promenade. You will find modern Australian, Asian, Italian, French and Greek restaurants within 10 minutes of walk.
The casino also has middle range restaurants including buffets. Alternatively you can walk to South Melbourne within 10 minutes where you can find family owned mid range restaurants. You will also find Melbourne's finest breakfasts in South Melbourne.
Take away choices include pizza delivery, fish and chips, Indian and Asian food both inside and outside of the casino in Southbank or from South Melbourne.
Bars and Pubs inside the casino include The Pub at Crown, Lagerfield bar and various bars inside the gambling area. On the third floor of the casino, there are also 2 night clubs.
On the riverside promenade, newly renovated popular places include Leftbank and World Bar. Closeby night clubs are Eve located on City Road and various others on St Kilda Road.
Crossing the river into the CBD, you will find the most concentrated area of main stream clubs, alternative bars and jazz bars. Live musicals, operas and plays are held inside the Arts Center which is 5 minute walk, or Majestic and Princess Theater in the city. Malthouse theater which is just behind Melbourne Tower has smaller productions all year round.
Star Shuttle Bus picks passengers up from Bus Zone 5 and drops passenger in front of the property (no booking required) To book the bus for the airport, you can book online or via telephone. Star Shuttle doesn't operate 24 hours, please check online for operating hours. However Sky bus operates every 15 minutes from the airport to Southern Cross Station, you can then get connecting bus to Melbourne Tower.
Melbourne Tower has excellent public transport connections including long distance train terminal South Cross Station and Flinder Street Terminal for local trains. Tram connections are 2 minutes walk outside of the casino, South Melbourne or 5 minute walk to various trams on St Kilda Road.
Most tour companies do pick ups from the Casino lobby which is across the road and some tour company do direct pick ups from Melbourne Tower. Day tours include Phillip Island for penguin parade, Yarra Valley Winery Tour, Great Ocean Road Tour and Mount Dandenong.
