This beautiful 5 bed/ 4 bath home is located in Indian Creek, a community of luxurious villas, only 3 miles from the Main Gate of Disney.

The home has been professionally designed, furnished and first grade upgraded. It features two king-sized master suites each with private entrance to the pool area, large master bathroom and a 32' flat HDTV. The queen-size bedroom has a HDTV and an adjoining bath. The 4th and the 5th bedrooms have two twin beds in each. It comfortably accommodates 2 to 12 people.

Other amenities include 50' flat HDTV in the living room, a private south-west facing pool & spa with tropical view, free WiFi, cable with over two hundred channels, unlimited call to US &Canada, BBQ grill, game room with a cooling fan.... A high chair, stroller, and Pack and Play are also available in house for families with baby.

The full kitchen and the breakfast nook with all necessecities would make you feel at home. The beautiful dining room caters to a larger group of people and creates a more formal dining atmosphere.

Indian Creek is a development of luxury villas just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee. It is in a perfect location, being just 5 minutes drive from Disney and 15 minutes from Universal Studios and International Drive. It is approximately 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes from Sanford Airport. Highway 192 has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, in addition to supermarkets (Wal-mart, Publix) and pharmacies/drug stores. Indian Creek Community has a basketball court and a tennis court, children's play area, soccer pitch and baseball diamond. This is the best location for Disney and Orlando vacations, and is also within 5 minutes to Interstate 4, which can take you further ahead to Tampa, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center or the beaches on both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. The purpose of our trip was to take our kids to the Disney parks, and to meet up with my sister and her family - in total there were 8 people in the house (4 adults, 4 kids ranging from 1.5 to 11 years).

The house was perfect for our purposes - the rooms were spacious and clean, and the kids (and adults) loved the pool.

The Disney parks were very close (less than 10 minutes drive) and the house was conveniently located to other attractions, with a supermarket and other restaurants within a mile from the house. The wife particularly enjoyed the shopping - big brand outlet shops about 15 minutes drive away.

On arrival the house was clean and appeared well maintained - the handover process was smooth and went without a hitch.

There are TV's in the lounge and each of the adult's rooms - there is a large selection of channels, although we only needed it while we were getting the kids ready! Also the internet connection was good and very fast (compared to what we're used to in the UK!).

On a few occasions I needed to contact the owner and manager (we decided we'd like the pool heated after trying it and finding it a bit too cool - we stayed in early May) - every email was answered quickly and politely, and Tracey arranged to get the manager to make all the necessary arrangements without hassle.

In addition we had a small boiler issue on our second-to-last day, that again was fixed without delay or hassle.

Our deposit was repaid promptly, within a few days of returning from holiday.

The only suggestion I would make would be to arrive with some milk, basics for breakfast etc - we arrived late at night and needed to head out early to pick up the basics!

We would definitely recommend staying at this house if you are visiting the Orlando area.
