Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $375/nt - $750/nt
• PAYMENTS: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days before check-in (60 prior to arrival for the weeks of Christmas/New Years weeks and Easter/Spring Break). For reservations made less than 30 days in advance, we require full payment prior to arrival.FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept AMEX, VISA and MC, wire transfers, USD personal checks (need 21 days to clear), & US Dollars or Colones.
  TAX RATE: Costa Rican sales tax is 13%.
  ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY: All rates are based on up to 10 person occupancy. There is a $50.00 surcharge for each additional person per night.
  CHECK-IN IS AT 3PM, CHECK-OUT IS AT 11AM
• CANCELLATIONS: 30 days or more are required for all cancellations to receive a full refund of your deposit less a 15% transaction fee of the total cost of your stay (60 days or more for the weeks of Christmas/New Years & Easter/Spring Break). Less than 30 days cancellation (or less than 60 days where it applies) will result in forfeit of all funds paid.
  
  DAMAGE DEPOSIT: At check in, an open credit card imprint as a damage deposit is required. Upon departure, we will inspect the villa. Providing there is no damage, the credit card imprint will be destroyed. If there is damage, we will contact you regarding fees incurred.
